I've ran through quite a few, yet here's my take, Sniper...
Time is precious, after having time to run through all of the new strikes, some have been deemed a waste of such. the length of time it takes to complete vs backing out immediately and reentering to do a new one which would take less time is the issue at hand. my time is valuable. So to address which strikes would be the most cost effective in the value of my playing time is what I will continue to do. Am I trash for not wanting to partake in a strike that's going to take 30 mins vs a strike that can be completed in 22, I think not. More than likely, I will carry a squad for such, complete 3 strikes in the amount of time it took you to complete 2. Value added transaction bud, I put in my time where i see fit as do others. It's a matter of principle. so don't cry, Bungie alleviated the issue for you with dropping in players when other leave.

And here we have the reason there is no matchmaking for raids.
-
Your moms still breast feed you boy? Fukk dude
-
The drops get better the more consecutive strikes you do. You're only hurting yourself by backing out.
-
That's why people insist on cheesing everything too.
-
Plays a video game which is technically not productive and claims their time is valuable. Logic.

I was going to disagree with you, but then I thought: Omnigul Strike. Enough said

Word. I had two groups the other day that could not kill the Cabal brothers. No matter what strat they tried, they just kept dying over and over and over and we'd wipe. All that wasted time could have been spent on Anything else. So no, I don't feel like a heel when a random group doesn't seem to have the skills-to-pay-the-bills and I decide to opt out and leave them for a competent group. That's just better time management. Why bash your head against a wall and waste hours when one single competent teammate can make the difference of a long grind into a simple quick job of it. I report players for inactivity, unhelpfulness, or bad behavior. Not leaving. You can never know exactly why someone left.
-
Or when they dont kill ads, then die, then John Cena relentlessly body slams you whilst his little buddies are peppering you and you're running for your life screaming like a new born, then you die, then they quit. I love that strike.
-
I love that strike... when I'm not the only one killing adds. There's pretty limited cover in that entire chamber so... But yeah, gotta admit, i've been flung around by John Cena a good few times. It's a fun fight, if you have a good fireteam watching your six.
-
Yup its fun and not too drawn out, alot more enjoyable than the undying mind. Stupid stairs, stupid precursors, dudes kept leaving last night and it takes what feels like ages with 2 people.
-
I'm actually farming that on on my Titan for the unique Titan Mark you can get, looks awesome (at least in the armory) and I want it! I don't seem to have a problem scoring crit shots on UM with a sniper or hitting him with well timed tracking rockets (thanks to my ugly ping pong helmets tracking ability) so I dunno why that particular strike would make people quit. I did however go through about 4 different players on that strike the other day. One guy started out AFK, the other guy and I cleared up some mobs before he quit? Then the AFK guy comes in and we gained and lost 2 more people before we completed it. AFK guy was the only one to go the distance hilariously enough!
-
Hahaha he was probably on the toilet! Yeah the boss is no worries it's just the stairs and precursors that are a bit tedious.
-
Really it's that bit after going up the stairs in open air, then the little doorway and then Those stairs are just... jfc the majors all over your face spawning constantly. That's a bit much to try and solo on heroic.
-
Yeah my bad, that's the part I mean. What I should have said was "upstairs when you first get inside and 1 vagillion precursor majors spawn". I may have exaggerated the actual number a little.
Am I trash for not wanting to partake in a strike that's going to take 30 mins vs a strike that can be completed in 22...
I'm going to go with "yes" on this one.

Except than you lose your streak and cause others to lose theirs

Words cant describe how much of a scrub you are.

I've dropped one strike at the beginning. If no-one plays devils advocate than who will? Do you think that someone who drops regularly is going to say so? And look at you and everyone else all pissy. Very entertaining and telling.
-
I dont care if you dropped 1 or 100 strikes. The way you think and what you write is so stupid. Just re-read your post. If you have a brain you will see why.
-
his argument is sound and does make sense if I land in the fallen saber strike I well back out since it was my first heroic and it didn't go to well(my friends still avoid this strike after what happened the first time and we were over leveled for this strike when we gave it a try on the heroic.(I would rather run the new valus strike 3 times then run the fallen saber strike twice because I can do both sets of strikes in the same amount of time get my 3 engrams(on 3 separate characters) and get all 30 legendary marks. I well run nearly all the other strikes except the undying mind or omnigul(because most of my friends dislike those 2) when I'm with my friends. If I'm solo I well stay in unless I'm the only one in the strike.
-
Once you figure out the mechanisms, it's a pretty quick strike. My first run took about 40 minutes, my second one took about 25, and my third one was under 15.
-
with the fallen saber strike its wasn't the mechanic's that was screwing my team over it was our luck. That strike as the heroic wiped my team several times while all other strikes we only wiped once or twice due to bad luck.
