4 packages on login today
Did anyone else log in today and have 4 packages from "an unknown benefactor"? 3 were 3 strange coins, one was a legendary weapon
[b][i][u]INFO PLEASE READ[/u][/i][/b]: after a shit load of replies this is what we have determined thus far. It has nothing to due with signing up for the bungie email group, red bull codes, pre ordering the game, OR triumphs completion.
Edit 2: if Deej or Cozmo could stop by to shed Some light on this it would be awesome please.
Edit 3, the one about sleep: alright guys and girls I need to catch some sleep, gotta work in the morning! Please keep looking into this if possible I really want to get an answer on this thing! You've all been awesome!
Edit 4: phones going crazy lol so I'm pretty sure this was a GLITCH that caused random people to reobtain stuff they had gotten from "an unknown benefactor" and that's why random people are getting it and others aren't.

I had 3 packages before the patch and opened one it was 3 coins. Today I had 6 packages, I opened one it was a very bad legendary scout rifle. I have still 5 packages.

Figured it was some sort of "welcome back" thing. E: Oh yeah, forgot. Same as you: 3 packages were coins, one was a legendary. The Sawtooth Oscillator (which I've had before, and it kinda sucks...but I nuked all my other gear soooo...)
