So maybe someone can help me, i pay for 300mbps down, on wireless xbox one i get 85 down, but on those powerline adapters i only get 45 and kicked, any tips? Everything i have is router and powerline is netgear, modem is motorolla. Laptop plugged into modem i get just over 300 download

It's terrifying that so many people don't include units. Kbps, Mbps, MBps, they're all different. I mean, it's like saying my wang is 9. Is that good? Bad? Length? Width? Age? Amount? Nobody knows! And because I care about units in a friendly forum discussion, I doubt anyone's ever going to be able to determine anything about [i]my[/i] unit...

If you don't believe me on the speed issue try this: 1..make sure your console is the only thing connected 2..check data usage 3..play for an hour 4..check your usage You will be shocked at how little data is sent received. 1mbps down/512kbps up is more than sufficent to game on as long as you don't have someone trying to stream videos

Those outside the US test servers in US, thats when you'll know your true international speed not local. Most of us gets matched from different countries dont test locally. You already know youre not lagging locally

Testing it on your console is a estimate it's not exactly what you get as well the company will tell you it's 200 blah blah it depends on your router with bandwidth limitations. I have 55.75 down and 25 up. It averages out to 43.50 down and 12 up because I have a older router.
