do some reading about probability and odds, and how astronomically improbable it is to get two Gjallarhorns on the same two characters, two weeks in a row. Or the others that open 4 legendary engrams and get the same gun 4 times in a row...

Factor in the number of occurrences and You re set. That kind of things is bound to happen and you consider it as a special event but objectively it a not. Any rng system with so many player is bound to have that kind of thing to happen. When I have set experimental conditions at random for a science experiment, with 3 possibilities, I got 15 times the same in a row on my first shot.. In a real life study, it just happens.
