Disagreeing with feminists illegal??

It really is a shame that the crazy people have behaved so poorly in recent years that the very word 'feminist' has been heavily stigmatized to be a bad thing. A few bad apples ruins the bushel I guess. That is why I will never support 'feminism'; I only support gender equality. Sounds much nicer imo.

Basically, during gamer gate and Sarkeesian's stuff, this guy was trolling their twitter feeds saying he was gonna punch them in the face, and encouraging others to do it. When he was called out on it, he said he was trolling and free speech. The trial was based around (in Canada) whether free speech covers threatening someone (in the US it doesn't) So to OP, and the guy who made the video, GG on giving FNC a run for their money on misrepresenting a real story to be something it's not

Typical overreaction to a case that hasn't been finished yet. Yes the lady is crazy, yes the judge was crazy to even accept it(assuming canadias court system is similar to Americas which I actually doubt, it may be that canadia law requires all filed cases to be heard, I don't know.) But no judgement has been made and likely nothing will be charged against the man. Even if the judge was a feminazi as well it would just be appealed. This is what always happens. A person gets for example a -blam!- charge filed against them. It ends up they had the completely wrong person and let the person go. Well, that filing has already made it to the public, and the court of public opinion has already labeled that person a rapist. Tldr: let the legal system work its way out, then make your criticisms.
