READ FINAL EDIT
I've been carrying teams all night in skirmish, usually getting 1st place with triple the score of whoever is in second
But I can't believe what happened
Played a match and got paired with the WORST PvP players in Destiny History.
The game finished with
11 kills
1 kill
0 kills
Me in first place
as always
Halfway through the game I had to send the other team a message asking to just make it quick.
It's to the point where I have to send a message asking ( the other team ) to hurry up and win the game.
Is there any kind of matchmaking? Or do they just throw you in a game with anyone?
Do any other PvP players find themselves carrying scrubs?
IF YOURE TERRIBLE AT PVP STOP PLAYING AND GO BACK TO PVE
EDIT: it appears 100% of people didn't read the whole post
is there any kind of matchmaking?

everyone seems to just read the title and get mad because they're not good at the game
(Im saying this now because all the whiners are gonna say "you're bad at crucible" well I never once said I was good in the first place, only that my "teammates" were bad. Please use common sense before slamming the keyboard with your face out of rage, thank you
Edit 2: does anyone know what maturity is? Or is the entire Destiny community 9 year olds?
Edit 3: link
Edit 4: guys you realize i DIDNT TELL ANYONE TO STOP PLAYING, I asked WHY.
The reason I claim maturity is because the majority is just a bunch of neckbeards name calling
FINAL EDIT (PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING!!!)
This post was a success. Originally created as a troll post, the goal was to make it as realistic as possible.
And of course, the Desticles flocked in by the hundreds.
However some people caught me with edit 4, props to those individuals
I'd like to thank those who actually had a competent response.
And I'd like to ESPECIALLY thank those that just name called, you were the real contributors.
Now you may say, "you only said it was a troll post because you realized how dumb you were"
And to that i say, "k"
So my final request is to let this post die, thanks

Well if destiny followed halo we would have had a competitive area and a social area but they didn't use anything they used from halo which is disappointing
-
Modifié par CowClaw : 6/15/2015 7:09:32 PMwell i actually thought people think only elites can play the game, i am surprised positively. because of the toxic community i actually thought you meant it, so well played. i just hope more individuals would start to take the game more casually, because as is, it is a casual game. edit- sorry for bad english
-
B.c i enjoy plying it, and i paid for the same game as you. See ya around :).
-
Me and my friend tend to notice if we go into like salvage or something, we get paired with the lowest grimoire player in the lobby because we have a higher than average grimoire (mine at 3520 and his at 3605). That's how it usually goes for us unfortunately.
-
Is there any kind of matchmaking? Or do they just throw you in a game with anyone?
I think you just answered your own question.
-
They are trying to git gud
-
Because they purchased the game (or their parents) and they are allowed to do whatever they please. Also, maybe they're trying to learn how to get better? With people like you around it's makes most not want to play. How about you just grow up, be a man, and deal with the fact that other people aren't born as the #1 player in every PvP game on this planet. Some have to work at it.
-
Right??? Omfg these damn dirty scrubs They should just be good!!! Why would they have to play the game? Practice? What the -blam!- is practice?? Real players like OP are good automatically. He got a k/d of 10,000 when he was fresh out the womb. Damn dirty scrubs
-
Lots of edits but you still come across poorly mate. I didn't play PvP until the last IB but quite enjoyed it so will be playing crucible now. I'm not very good but getting better. Ever stop to think maybe those "scrubs" you played with are also learning how to do PvP? That's an obvious answer, but how about the real one? IT. IS. A. VIDEO. GAME. So we will play how we like.
-
Because there are bountys like "complete five rounds of skirmish so they try to level up guns or another classes or that's what I do it for sorry I'm bad at it
-
How else would bad players get good at crucible other then playing more of it?
-
1 commentaireMaybe to get better? Wtf what stupid thread. How is everyone gonna "git gud" if they don't play?
-
I play crucible because I want to complete exotic bounties. I've managed 2 x bad juju and today completed the crucible part of the thorn quest. I've gotten a little better as I've played and usually finish mid table on my team now. There's normally a couple of players much better than me but also a few that are having a harder time.
-
your KD on clash is 1.2 Your KD on control is 1.1 Your an average player at best If it was wasn't for all these so called scrubs that play PVP you would be playing far superior players and your KD would suffer horrendously and then you would fall into the category of terrible player. Stop being an ass.
-
You asked if anyone knows what maturity is after making an extremely immature post complaining about getting matched up in PvP on a video game with random people. I'm not gonna even continue
-
Modifié par Dyalar : 6/15/2015 5:45:13 PMThere is no matchmaking, but you can take a team in. My recommendation is to find people of equal skill level and form a group with them, so you don't have to rely on randoms. Or you could just bitch about it.
-
Don't feel bad broseph, I'm the same way. If I go into Clash, I usually do pretty well; then I look at the rest of my team and see levels 15 and below with sub-500 points for each person.
-
Your stats aren't indicative of being a great Crucible player, in all fairness. But to answer your question, I would speculate that a lot of bad PvPers are in there because they kind of have to be. Otherwise they're locked out of 4/5ths of vendor purchases. If you want to buy any Crucible vendor gear, you need to make the marks to buy it. If you want to buy any vendor gear from any of the 3 factions, you need Crucible marks. So realistically, they are throwing themselves into the PvP meat grinder in order to purchase the gear they want for PvE.
-
The reason is we paid for a game and while many would prefer not to play Pvp we are forced to to acquire gear, raise our grim score and to play content once pve is stale. I don't like Pvp but to acquire some weapons and gear like Osiris and a few crucible weapons, I must play this mode. Get me in and out as quick as possible. Trust me. I don't want to be there
-
To get better. End of your post. Here's your answer. Practice.
-
The most impressive thing is that you didn't expect to get flamed for this
-
Here's a thought....Dry your -blam-in eyes!!! Not all of us play PvP, usually we go in just for a change, or to practice to try improve. If you can't handle it then that's your problem.
-
Blame bungie for a lack of content. I am primarily PVE, but have very little reason to go back into POE at this point. Not much left to do but crucible...
-
I'm gonna guess its because they payed for the game so they can play pvp whenever the -blam!- they want to. Stop complaining and make a fireteam with your friends if its such a big deal to you
-
There are weapons exclusive to Crucible rewards; maybe they want those. I know I want an Ash Factory. Or maybe they want to get better at PvP.
