I might be lucky but I did three hard vogs in the last two weeks and it dropped for me all three times. Got my first on second hard vog I ran.

Don't hate cause u can't get one to drop for you. It's true broke the 4th one down Sunday night. Got three in vault 2 that I haven't started to upgrade.
