Imagine a world with no 9/11, no 7/7, no crusades, no public beheadings blamed on beliefs, no suicide bombers, and no witch hunts. Now imagine a world where there is a cure for diseases thought to be incurable, where human lifespan increased due to advancements in medicine, where there is less war, where humanity is colonizing the cosmos. Is this the world we were meant to have? Edit: I have noticed that there are quite a few people that are saying you need religion to have morals. That is not true, empathy is a human emotion that is hardwires in our DNA. Morals have been with us before the invention of religion.
