Bungie at it AGAIN
Well, here we go again. Bungie has [i]CONTINUED[/i] to ignore the PvE players ONCE again. This Iron Banner BS is getting ridiculous. This is now the what, the fourth time since the beginning and the PvE players got what, ONE set of missions from the Queen when the game first came out, giving the PvP'ers an upper hand at better gear and weapons Catering to one group of dedicated players over another is just down right unbelievable and bad business. Bungie has already alienated many players who have jumped the so called "ship" because of lack of story and content. If they wanted a PvP game they should have developed a PvP game and nothing more.

I got a timurs lash, radegasts fury and the fatebringer gheleons demise. Honestly if the queen is anything like she was last time it will be a big disappointment and lots of people whining on the forums so I actually wouldn't mind another iron banner or a major improvement to the queen. Also the iron banner gear looks 10x better than my Crota raid gear so might have to farm glimmer for them

There is so much more PvE content in this game than PvP that it baffles me entirely how this comes up every time. Why do you want Queen's Wrath? So you can re-run the same missions, just with a different "objective" (AKA nothing) to get armor that is potentially inferior to raid gear anyway? When VoG was the only raid out, I could maybe give this tired argument some time of day. It is a potentially long and complex raid for those PVE players that, for whatever reason, don't raid. But CE on normal can be completed in a half hour. The Omnigul nightfall this week probably takes longer than a typical run. And from it, you can get all the gear to get to 32. How is it again you think PVP is catered to with their one event that has only come around 5 times in the 5-6 months since release? Oh, and for the record, I'm mainly a PVE guy. This IB was the first I did, so I could get boots and that godly scout rifle. Trust me, us PVE guys have it way better.

Well us pvp players can't solo raid so why don't u an ur kind go back to raids and us pvp players will go to control

Yeah I agree. It's ridiculous that PvP players get a level advantage that doesn't actually matter in PvP. They should give us PvE players a raid or two, that are more fun and offer access to better gear several weeks before the same gear is offered in PvP. Oh wait...

We'll get another event OP. No need to make a post about it. There's a reason why the queen hasn't been around and it is probably due to HoW coming up. Just focus on that for now.

2 commentairesBungies always been more focused on pvp.....just look at all the halos, after the story, there wasnt much else to do, & what there was got old really quick. I dont play pvp much if at all & im still playing destiny. Sure id like it to be more......better on the pve side, but im liking it still.

4 commentairesThey probably don't have developer resources to devote to anything more than upkeep at this point. I'd imagine 95% of their programmers are working on the sequel by this point. (With some added for expansions, which have tiny amounts of content as you know.) What's in the game now, is all you'll be getting for the lifetime of Destiny. Hell, there are typos in the game that haven't been fixed for months. For the People reports 26 as the mag size but it's actually 36. This is the tiniest possible thing to fix, so easy, and yet it hasn't been done yet. In light of that, another PvE event like Queen's Wrath will probably never come, at least not until Comet.

Iron Banner runs once a month if memory serves me correctly. What good is a pve event going to do? It's basically going to be more bounties with different objectives anyways. This is Destiny as it is and I can't see it getting much better even when how is released. People are constantly wanting this and that and instead Bungie fix a heavy ammo bug and mm in weekly heroics. I doubt either of those two were high on many people's wishlist.

The House of Wolves deals directly with the queen and the reef, makes sense they'd save anything with the queen till then.

Well it's certainly because IB requires the least resources. Literally all they do is change the loot tables from one iron banner to the next. They keep running iron banner so they can look like they are adding new content and events when actually they are not doing any work at all

I play IB every once in a while but didn't even bother this time. I would like something pve to happen but I want something better than the Queen's missions. I don't think that will happen though.
