The password should be password and username will be admin

Look on you back of your modem/router. There will be a web adress for ex http://10.0.0.9 then it should bring you to a login page for your router/modem. And just go to firewall and change the security to low. Let me know if this helps you. And if not maby there is somthing else I can tell you to try to do it
