Cannon Brace should be like Peregrine Greaves for Thunderclap

Ever since it was added to the game, Point-Contact Cannon Brace has been pretty much useless. It only buffs Thunderclap, but it's arguably the worst exotic for a Thunderclap build. You want damage? Synthos or Wormgod are better. You want to spam your T-clap? Skullfort is better. Cannon Brace has never really had a clear identity or role, it just kinda feels like it does a little bit of what the other options do, just not good enough for either playstyle. In my opinion, if an exotic is gonna entirely revolve around the long windup one-shot ability, it should help that ability one-shot more reliably. Right now, it's more of an add clear ability that doesn't do much damage to stronger targets, but I think I speak for most, if not all Titan players, when I say we want this exotic to allow us to cosplay Saitama from One Punch Man, and one-shot the beefier enemies in the game too. It feels like that's what the purpose of a Thunderclap focused exotic is meant to be. It's such a high risk ability, with such a long windup and limited range, so an exotic that encourages us to focus on using it should make it feel as rewarding as possible. It doesn't necessarily have to have a cooldown refund mechanic like Peregrine Greaves, if you wanna make it feel different. It could have some sort of heal, overshield, or damage resistance instead, to help us survive getting in close and winding up for so long. All that really matters is the damage. It's got to have REAL damage, not just a few dinky lightning strikes around us that just kind of tickle tankier targets.
