A very simple improvement for prismatic titan is to just swap out shield toss for bash and hammer strike for throw. Shield Bash grants overshield on kill, but also suppresses targets which is more keyword play than the throwable shield has. Also, hammer throw is better for survival than the shield. (I do think it should cure/restore allies somehow though. Maybe it cures/restores on hit? I dunno, I dunno.)
