Too much mechanic heavy pageantry.
I've always felt revive tokens don't belong in base difficulty.

Revive tokens have always been such a garbage thing.

They do belong, but I would add in the feature that allows people to use a dead person's token for revive tbh. Or just have a general 6 revives like you see in gm nightfalls.

Entry without revive tokens Standard with tokens Advanced with no revives.

Yeah not a destiny mechanic, but thats why Destiny 1 raids you cant really call raids if theres nothing on the line. You had to survive for 30 seconths and I am like ehh... Raid isnt always just mechanics. Every other game implements limited revives in raids.

Final fantasy 14 has no limits on revives. Far as I know, World of Warcraft is (was?) the only game to have revive limits- allowing for 3 combat ressurections per 25 man raid but that was 15 years ago. Luke Smith admitted this game heavily influenced his design decisions for d2.

Modifié par GamingWithSilvertail : 6/14/2024 1:08:41 AMFinal Fantasy if you raided ( As in actually raided, and not using the duty finder to get the 'LFR" experience of wow which is litterally one or two mechanics per boss that must be met) you definiatly had limited revives. LFR In FFXIV is litterally just dungean difficulty tbh. If you want true ffxiv raiding experience you raid the non duty finder versions. (Savage and Ulti)
