I think the quitter penalty should be on the 50 round honestly.[/quote] No one is obligated to remain for a full fifty round clear and Bungie certainly isn’t going to penalize players for leaving an activity that has multiple tiers and points where players can choose to stop and decide how far they’re willing to go. If you make the choice to utilize matchmaking then don’t assume that the random players you’re matched with are going to share the exact same goals as yourself. If you want to ensure a full clear then create your own team otherwise you’re simply rolling the dice on your teammates, welcome to the joys of matchmaking.
