Valor Rank Reset button cannot be seen
So i reached legend just a few days ago and I didn't reset my rank right away since I was rushing myself to do some work and I quit the moment I reached the rank. After opening the game again and planned to reset my rank, the reset button wasn't there and I already took the reward from shaxx. Is there a problem with the game or I need to reinstall the game again?

Heyo! You’ll have to talk to Shaxx. He has a bunch of rewards for you; you won’t be able to claim a reward if you don’t have space for it (usually emblems or ascendant shards). They’ll look grayed out but are not actually claimed. You should see a little check mark to denote that it’s claimed. Make room for those, claim everything, and you will reset your rank.
