Stasis is not nearly a big enough issue that people make it out to be.
The main things we should be focused on in reality that bungie has been ignoring.
1.) Lack of strikes and strike incentives.
Yeah next season their adding two old weapons to strikes nightfall and grandmasters but really it's just pathetic that it took them this long and that it's literally only 2 old weapons wow.
2.) Lack of pvp maps and map design
Everything is linear and most of the maps are small. Wheres combined arms sized maps? Wheres the maps that have diffrent areas of height that isnt just heres a tunnel and a door below a balcony. Also why is everything control now? We need more gamemodes or at least make clash a permanent staple for players to choose.
3.) The overall lack of gear.
Seriously they sunsetted a bunch of stuff but have barley added anything back to the pool right now everything is diluted with stuff that'll expire by the end of this season. No proper vendor refresh. Cant even get basic factions back because reasons.
4.) The amount of focus, resources, and manpower that go into eververse every season.
Yet were still dealing with issues that have been asked to be fixed since the beginning if anything they've gotten worse. Take gambit for example you have notes that still dissapeared into the ground, cant be picked up no matter how many times you run over them. Or how about drang and mida minitool still not being able to be master worked? It should be one of the simplest of fixes yet here we are almost near the end of the season and it still hasnt been fixed. Yet the whole DCV was suppose to make things easier I thought?
Was asked to put this as the main topic from another post I commented on. These are the real issues that need to be addressed not how many times you get turned into a popsicle in crucible.

All of that is true. And stasis will be the final nail in the coffin. Getting slowed/frozen in pvp where movement is the last skill gap is not a good/fun mechanic.
