[u]Special Ammo economy:[/u]
No Scavenger = no Special ammo. 1 Scavenger mod = 1 ammo regardless of what weapons the opposing player has equipped. If you want 2 drops then put on another Scavenger, you’ll have to decide if losing traction is worth the ammo though.
You’ll still spawn with 2 shots in your Special weapon regardless.
[u]Weapons that need some tuning:[/u]
[b]Erentil-Fr4[/b] - Remove these 5 perks from the loot pool: Backup Plan, Firmly Planted, Rangefinder, Projection Fuse, Under Pressure. Same goes for Elatha-Fr4.
[b]Auto Rifles[/b] - Buff the body shot damage slightly and increase the flinch received by the opponent.
[b]Shotguns[/b] - Reduce the max range down from 13m to 7m!
[u]Exotic armor that affects PvP gameplay too much:[/u]
Wormhusk Crown (🔒 it out of PvP)
Astrocyte Verse (🔒 it out of PvP)
One Eyed Mask (🔒 it out of PvP)
Contraverse Hold (🔒 it out of PvP)
Shards of Galanor (🔒 it out of PvP)
Frost-EE5 (🔒 it out of PvP)
Stomp-EE5 (🔒 it out of PvP)
[b]Note:[/b] Stomp-EE5 would be fine if console FoV could be adjusted, but the simple fact is it can’t. We’d also need more sensitivity options like: vertical and horizontal sensitivity being separate adjustments, then Stomp-EE5 would be fine.
There’s no reason to argue why these should be locked out of PvP, because you already know why! They should all be returned to how they used to function, pre-nerf and all!
[u]Artifact Class item mods:[/u]
No more Arc Battery, Void Battery, or even a Solar Battery! Stop buffing Hunters like this, they aren’t the ones who need it.
[u]Barricades and Rifts:[/u]
[b]Tall Barricade[/b] - This should give a 15% boost to damage resistance while standing behind it.
[b]Rally Barricade[/b] - Stowed weapons should be reloaded after a short time while standing behind it. (Same as auto-loading holster).
[b]Rift (Cast Time)[/b] - Decrease it by half.
[b]Rift (Cooldown)[/b] - Reduce it from 1:20s to 60s at tier 1, and from 40s to 30s at tier 10.
[u]Supers that still need some tuning:[/u]
[b]Nova Warp[/b] - Remove the movement nerf. Increase the charge time from 0.7 to 0.8 seconds, make it 1-tap other roaming Supers at full charge. Increase the duration by 3 seconds. Now the range of HHSN can be reduced from 16.5m down to 10m.
[b]Stormcaller[/b] - Buff Landfall to 1HK another guardian in their Super.
[b]Dawnblade[/b] - Remove the burst glide speed nerf in Super. Buff Phoenix Dive in Super to 1HK another guardian in their Super.
[b]Chaos Reach[/b] - Camera angle needs adjusted. Increase the damage resistance from 40% to 60% to make up for being a sitting duck.
[b]Juggernaut[/b] - Give the health regen back but reduce the Super decay rate from 18 down to 10 seconds. Shoulder charge cost would have to be removed.
[b]Sentinel[/b] - Fix the hit registration.
[b]Arc Staff[/b] - Fix the hit registration.
[b]Spectral Blades[/b] - Fix the hit registration.
