Give it to FromSoft, they have already done everything Bungie attempts to and they do it well.
Also generally speaking give it to a Japanese developer. They, more so than most, are allowed to just work on things without outside interference, and genuinely have a vision for things.

From would do interesting things. Was also thinking Respawn, Vicarious Visions, or at the very least do what Guerrilla did when starting Horizon... consult a third party dev, like CD Projekt. Except in Bungo's case, they'd consult Gearbox what with Borderlands being amazing.
