Thomson and Techinicolor routers have been known to block access to a port that bungie uses. This port is left open by every other manufacturer but these two brands use it for their own purposes. Unfortunately, if you have tried everything listed and they do not offer an update to your router there is nothing that can be done, as long as you use that modem you will get errors.
