I think this change would further individualize warlocks and embrace what it means to be one. Balanced glide is very rarely used / pretty weak and blink is a far better option to have in PVP. (With Astrocyte verse as an option now anyway) Storm Caller and Dawnblade could operate pretty much the same as it does with Icarus dash still being able to be used after the blink and during Super as it does now for top tree dash movement. (Sorry people I got the glides mixed up and have swapped strafe glide for balanced)
