We need a kinetic fusion rifle
it would've been really nice to been able to rock some of my other weapons with a fusion.
Edit: It will be in the kinetic slot and use energy ammo.
Ex. Main ingredient in the top slot

Yeah I was actually really disappointed when I found out Arbelest was a Linear Fusion. I want a regular fusion rifle that is kinetic. I imagine it more like a ‘ripper’ rifle or ‘scatter’ rifle that fires kinetic shards in the same fashion fusions fire energy bolts.

I would love an exotic kinetic fusion rifle as I feel there are no good reasons to run energy primary weapons for pve since i don't care for shotguns or snipers in pve

1 commentaireI always thought a Hakke exotic fusion rifle called the “Fusion Rifle” (quotes included) would be cool. It would look kinda like a grenade launcher with a huge drum mag on top of the gun. It would reload in the same style of hand cannons like trust, where the front of the gun rotated down and you load in another mag. It’s perk would be kind of like a variable charge time, where the longer you hold the trigger the more the gun charges up, priming more bullets to be fired at a time. Basically you could just charge it up as much as a very rapid fire fusion rifle, or wait until it’s fully charged and release countless bullets in the blink of an eye. Balancing would be weird, but it’d be unique and cool.

Long since had the idea for a kinetic multi bolt crossbow. Could be a reasonable fusion rifle type weapon for the slot.

Wrong! You [i]want[/i] a kinetic Fusion. We [i]need[/i] Fusions to changed back to projectile weapons. They’re not power weapons anymore so they should be moved backed like they were in D1? They’re truly broken as hitscan weapons in the secondary slot.

Its special ammo! Not energy! Goshhhh.... but I guess the arbalast already paved the way for something like this to happen. What I would like to see is that it would shoot microdroids that seek targets and return to sender if in a direct line of sight of the enemies. Holding the trigger would allow to keep seeking, releasing it returns the droids to the gun.

Still waiting for my kinetic sword. Because God forbid slashing weapons' efficacy are based on the physics of kinetic energy.

Still waiting for them to release the EM guns from Eraser but I guess Arbalest will have to do.

3 commentairesI think arbelest is the closest we are coming, because canonically fusions are always heavy or energy because they use arc solar or void energy, not bullets
