Titans have shoulder charge, shield bash, hammer throw(which is ranged), seismic strike(also ranged), (breaking from the original post), magnet grenades, pulse grenades, suppression grenades, 3 roaming supers with exotics(including then skull fort) that stretch their power even further, and higher base resilience than the other classes.
And hunters are op because of their supers... Right.
Warlocks have mini supernova. This balances the class(almost) seeing most PVP players use Nova warp. If not they are support and are building the team making this subclass tree irrelevant, and chaos reach, which i think may need a buff, but seeing i never see it, its hard to say(could be a pve centered super). This being said, it's a ways off from the Titans are.
Hunters are weak. Period. We aren't tanks. Nor should we be. We are hunters and assassin's. Meaning precision should matter. We have smoke(assassins) which does it's part fairly. Smoke weakens all enemy's as it says.
Arc has one ability that even comes close(upper cut) and that is weaker than shoulder charge(shouldn't be) to the point it doesn't even consistently kill other hunters.
Throwing knives mean virtually nothing in D2 either. Precision with an explosion won't even deplete a shield.
(Blade barrage, imo, was bungies response to people complaining about team shooting. GG takes 2 shots to kill another super unless you are bottom tree and land a precision hit. This paired with no added overshield on any super minus Arc(this is the one that probably needs to be toned down) makes hunters the weakest class in the game.
So what are Titans complaining about again?
Titans are op. Period.
Edit: not sure if my phone auto corrected in here somewhere, but I don't remember ever using the word Nerf. There is always more than one way to go about a problem.

Arcstrider can wipe a team, run to the spawn and do it again with ease. And now it has a reflective block. Golden gun sharpshooter can kill 3 supers with headshots at any range with aim assist or six shooter can kill 3 supers or 6 players(i know very short time, but still possible) Tether can shut down entire areas of the map on top of having on demand invis, radar fooling smoke grenades Trip mines can ohk You can dodge to instantly get behind cover, reload, proc kill clip Easily the best pvp jump in the game The only class tree that straight up sucks for hunters is spectral blades. I routinely shut that down with a retold tale. Yall are doing just fine. Dont like getting shoulder charged? Run a shotgun or fusion w/ backup plan Dont like pulse grenades? Move after the initial detonation. Dont like one eyed mask? Dont shoot titans if you cant clean up the kill. Need i go on? Nothing the titan has is unavoidable or unstoppable.
