As someone who used sidearms a lot in year one, the 260 rate of fire sidearms ended up being my favorite flavor (Enigma's Draw in particular). While using one of those with an energy good at medium/long ranges (Uriel's Gift, Graviton Lance), I felt that I could be prepared for any situation, while still using a relatively unconventional loadout. With the coming of Forsaken's bows and new mod system, I want to try to make a bow/sidearm build work using the new toys, at least in the crucible. The Vestian Dynasty is a great sidearm, and the Arsenic Bite-4b bow (or the Lightwight Frame type in general) is by far my favorite type of bow, but the problem is that they both occupy the energy slot. Now, I could still use my old kinetic sidearms. But, if I want to use new weapons and/or the new mod system, there is no comfortable way for me to make that build work and have fun with it, because in Forsaken content, they are mutually exclusive. I would love to see either 260 ROF kinetic sidearms make a comeback, or even just a lightweight bow in the kinetic slot, so I can use Vestian Dynasty.
