As title says, there needs to be more incentive to play Heroic Strikes after doing the milestones.
The Strike Specific loot I would like is Armor, shaders, ghosts, maybe even some more weapons?
Hunter - Cloak of the Depraved (Hunters! This cloak is badass, look up a picture of him! Thaviks the Depraved, Exodus Crash)
Titan - Modular Chestplate (Protheon, Modular Mind. Can change colors to match subclass)
Warlock - Bones of the Prince (Nokris, Herald of Xol. Warlock robes are always sick, especially if they are Hive enthused!)
These are just some ideas, Bungie I would love to see this implemented asap!
Quick Edit: WOW This blew up! We’re trending, hopefully Bungie now understands what we want/need!
Here is some more armor but from killing the Killers of Cayde-6
Hunter - Rifleman’s Cloak (Cloak)
Titan - Mad Bombers Chest (Chestplate)
Warlock - Mindbender Bones (Helmet)

1 commentaireOr revert back to d1 way when on nf days that strike had high chance to drop the exclude strike reward when not the nf it had a low chance

3 commentairesModifié par Phoenix : 10/7/2018 6:18:30 PMI've been saying this. Forsaken has a lot of content, but not enough rewards to incentive doing a lot of the content. It's already bad enough that the three factions are on a hiatus, and so, that's just giant pool of rewards that are just gone from the game. If we could still pledge to factions the way we used to in D1, D2 would be more interesting, but right now, it still falls a bit short from reaching D1 expectations, for me, at least.
-
2 commentairesThis needs to be a thing, this was my endgame back in D1. Spent ages in strikes trying to get a god roll imago loop and the vex warlock gauntlets. Kept me going until D2
-
There’s already strike specific loot. I think instead what you should be asking for is that that loot not be tied to just nightfalls. Allow it for heroic strikes, the higher the level difficulty the higher the chance, and just make the drop rate lower than nightfalls. Right now there’s no reason to do any strikes above light level 400. They don’t give better gear and there’s no purpose to not being as powerful as you can compared to the enemies. People want the loot that can only currently be gotten through nightfalls and it’s stupid to have nightfalls be something you should grind.
-
Agree. Bring back strike specific loot to heroic strikes. Make nightfalls the way they used to be by guaranteeing an exotic drop. There fixed.
-
D1 perfected heroics D2 broke them again, in order to boost nightfalls. Score cards are too limited and restrictive, and nightfalls just aren’t really that fun. Bullet sponges with tank shields... yay? They’re a chore. They already have the score requirement, they should just restore heroics to their former glory and make nightfalls more of a community challenge mode / party mode. You should be able to put 4 buff modifiers if you want, 4 nerfs if you want, and just have FUN with it.
-
10 commentairesPersonally, i think with each expansion, the previous seasons Nightfall loot should become strike loot and Nightfalls get new loot.
-
Pfft that would require them to actually put some effort in
-
Strike and nightfall specific loot should be guaranteed drops. Nobody wants to farm nightfalls.

Just basically give us D1 Heroic and call it a day. Those are better than what we have now

2 commentairesModifié par tacoeater6969 : 10/8/2018 4:44:43 PMI'd like some new cabal themed armor for titans seeing as how you get none from the red war. I loved mauls maulers from d1, maybe we could get some new cabal gaunlets?
-
Doesnt nightfall have strike specific loot? I feel grinding heroic should increase chances of players getting exotics in my opinion. Strike specific loot should stay on nightfalls
-
I was seriously hoping for more Fallen themed weapons.
-
Great idea
-
-
1 commentaireNot only that, just add strike scoring to heroics too. I liked strike scoring if it meant better drop chances at the end of it for heroics.
-
Thumbs UP, but at this point i would be happy if heroic events gave more than 4 mats and 400+ glimer
-
A year later, and Bungie still can't figure out this simple concept.....that we already had in Destiny 1. Other than bounties, there are no reasons at all to do Strikes.
-
I wouldn't mind some legendary weapons based on enemy weapons. -Colossus Slug Thrower in the heavy slot -A legendary Trace Rifle that looks and fires like the beam rifles that Hobgoblins sometimes use instead of their line rifles (smaller mag but much faster reload) -Hive/Taken Boomer Grenade Launcher -Gladiator Axe in the sword category, faster but shorter range They don't have to be exotic-strong but they can add a bit of novelty to the somewhat boring loot we got now.
-
really like this idea, heroic strikes are now just a chore I realy dont look forward to, having a shot at the nf loot or other loot would be great
-
1 commentaireAt least last season we had an exotic ship to chase and I liked how they made weapons and armor available after certain rank ups. There is literally no reason to play this season outside of your milestone. I think they should just offer the same NF weapons but make the drop rate extremely low.

4 commentairesModifié par Crusader : 10/8/2018 5:16:51 PMEVERYTHING EVERYWHERE should have its own loot pool of variety, preferably themed to said planet, giving people not just more choice, but a more reliable way to go after what they want. The thing Bungle forgot about when adding an RNG loot system. almost every other company who uses this method has zoned loot tables. Bungle just threw generally everything everywhere because their over-all loot pool is minuscule by at best. Pretty yes, but puny. It's a shame their art crew has to see their work squandered so uncaringly. This game has fallen too far and pissed on itself far too much to ever hope to be meaningful again. I don't think they really cared about anything being meaningful, as long as it makes money, they nor Activision really care. We are just numbers that make them money, plain and simple.
-
So... Make strikes meaningful again?
-
2 commentairesDoes bungie even read the forums here? Because this is a really really good suggestion. Bring back strike specific loot!
-
1 commentaireHeck why not give us full strike specific armor? One piece at a time of course....and make it themed to that strike and chuck some cool perks in for when you have a complete set
