I bought Destiny 2, but not the season pass as I was skeptical. I was right to be worried, as the game was terrible, and still is. The 2 DLCs were awful and planned money grabs. Now Forsaken looks like it might cure a lot of the problems, but there is still 2 main reasons why I won’t be getting it: 1. It’s funny how the free updates just happen to be released at the same time as a DLC. How convenient that the development time of said updates took exactly 1 year... I guess it was impossible to just release updates as they were ready. In before, ‘releasing updates costs money.’ I don’t care, I had to pay for a horrible game, thinking and being led to believe was a follow on and sequel of Destiny. Bungie should be going out of their way to restore goodwill. 2. The fact that I have to pay for CoS and Warmind to play Forsaken. WTF?! I choose to pass on DLCs, which turn out to be awful but now I have to pay for things I don’t want just to play a game that might now be as good as Destiny was..... I played A LOT of Destiny and I am absolutely gutted that Destiny had turned out this way but sorry Bungie, with principles and all that, no thanks.
