My console is plugged into the modem, which is directly adjacent to the TV and console, where the line comes out of the wall. I still get 4-6 red bars a game. Red bars have less to do with your Internet connection and more to do with your connection to the host of the game (because Bungie doesn't have dedicated servers) because Bungie uses P2P connections. The problem is their search logic, I live in Colorado but I played against a bunch of kids from Japan, New York, California, the UK, get the picture? I guess no one in America is ever playing Destiny when I play ...

Modifié par PJ__Bottoms : 1/20/2017 7:14:35 AMYou claim yourself it's a p2p system, which is really the only complaint people can make here regarding the devs. All it takes is the person hosting to think wireless is the same as wired or to have a shitty connection to screw up everyone else's game, and that's on the player itself, not the devs or their search system which too many people like to immediately point their fingers at. Also wireless can and will cause a player to show crappy connections and teleporting without realizing it's on their end due to packets being dropped. Mind you I'm not fully disagreeing with you, just saying it's a possibility players dont take into account before whining on the forums to Bungie about it.

Which can all be solved by having dedicated servers.
