Im here to give a mini in depth as to why hunters are so bad.
[b][u]Armor[/u][/b]
yeah the hunter isint about that, its supossed to be about agilty but remember our agilty was heavily nerfed, and even the mobility if bladedancer was changed significantly and its not that hard to track one anyways. Hunters are the only class incapable of hitting 11 armor, a level titans and warlocks can hit easily. This armor is important in the current meta, since it makes the one shot range of a matador much shorter, and turns the clever dragon into a 4 burst at all ranges, effectively making it one of the slowest killing weapons. So yeah pretty important at higher levels of play

[b][u]Lack of mobility and agility[/u][/b]
For a class all about mobility it made no sense to take away agilty tools. The class should have some form of natuaral icarus due to movement being mostly vertical. Also the class has 0 tools for horizontal mobilty, even the warlock feels more agille and is faster. There needs to be more ways to move or more ways to take advantage of the movement. Due to it being mostly vertical its very easy to track and you are left very exposed with few ways to come back down or change directions.
[u][b]Really bad grenades[/b][/u]
Sure skips, but that won't save the rediculously horrfying neutral game of bladedancer. I can move faster! Yet not as fast as a titan and barley as agile as a warlock. The rest of the grenades are absolutely terrible. Arcbolts are the only other good grenade. Everything else is just asking to get dodged, spike nades only work on those stupid enough to walk into it, wombo is heavily overrated, and leaves you very exposed when you miss, which is very likely, and the only stick grenade can be tanked.
Flux grenades should have the best tracking, not fusions. They do less damage therefore should be easier to use. Magnetic grenade should explode thrice to sepereate its from the other two
[b][u]Slow and low damage melee[/u][/b]
As i just said, its as slow as a locks, has to lunge, and its does mediocre damage. There has to be more utility to the melee the hunter really lacks in the melee department. Smoke does not count as a melee its its own grenade
[b][u]Easily countered supers[/u][/b]
Did they purposely design the supers to be very easily countered? While they are good when left loose, that usually never happens. Bladedancer is dubbed Tradedancer for a reason, its way too short, has terrible mobility compared to stormcaller which can last longer and has more lehality, and its bugged with shortstops left and right. Gunslingers golden gun is right where it should be, but the sybiote nerf needs to be reverted. Nightstalker super does not kill anyone in aoe, meaning it cant be used as a panic super like the other classes, this usually results in a trade, or death since it cant kill the other panic supers on impact, or does not supress instantly
