no drop packages for vanguard level rank up?
Finished bounties and my vanguard level ranked up to the next higher level. Didn't present me with any packages. (Like all the other factions, including crucible.) Now just did it again on another character. Reached the next rank up level, but no reward. Am I doing something wrong?
