I have only seen the Fist of Havoc kill 4 people once and that was during a control match most of the time you get one maybe two kills with it unless you get lucky.

Well you haven't seen me use a titan on control then :)

The Lightning grenade range is pretty crazy

But it's the only useful grenade. Hunters have tripmine, warlocks get firebolt

No I haven't but its hard to get more than 2 kills when playing game modes other than control because they are more spread out and in control you can sometimes catch the entire fire team in one spot.
