So this is pretty creepy and I don't know what to make up of it. Is it just crazy conspiracy people making it up or is this actually a possibility?

It's on of those "we'll never know" ones.

1 commentaireDidn't read the article but MK Ultra was Americas mind control program in the 40s, I believe.

2 commentairesGovernment needs to stop ripping off other people's names.

MKULTRA was declassified by the CIA years ago. This isn't news. Look up Operation Northwoods and Operation Mongoose. Hell, all three are on Wikipedia.

2 commentairesI keep thinking Coco wants to talk about mortal kombat when I see this thread :v

3 commentairesHey Coco, I didn't read the entire article, as there is a lot to go through, but I know mind control is a definite possibility. When it comes to things like this, I like to go by my personal philosophy of 'If you can conceive an idea, then it is in the realm of possibility.' I believe mind control will become a reality, but not in a traditional sense as you may think. Humanity's next and inevitable step in evolution is to merge with machine. That is absolutely not science fiction. It is happening today. We are on our phones, computers, consoles, and other electronics almost all the time. Virtual Reality systems are rising. They are beginning as game based, like The Void and FOVE, but they will become integrated for other uses in every day life eventually. The fact that we wear a mask full of electronics to change what we see in VR, I mean if you just look at it you can see the beginnings of us merging with a computer, it just isn't integrated within us yet.
http://www.optimaldesignco.com/2015/05/07/void-cutting-edge-virtual-reality-entertainment-center/ The Void - Virtual Reality
So that's external, but what if computers became internalized? Well as it turns out, that has already happened too. A man named Kevim Warwick is the first cyborg to walk this earth, and he can control technology using his mind by installed digital implants in his mind. If you put two and two together, the easiest way mind control would happen is when our species meets at the point where we have become half organic and half synthetic and when nueral implants become mainstream. Blurry vision? Undergo surgery for vision enhancement implants - integrates seamlessly with your Windows 10 holographic environment headset or VR headset! (Windows 10 holograms are real, by the way). My point is that through machine is likely how we are going to be controlled because it is easier for us to reprogram. If we merge with electronic enhancements and can communicate wirelessly with other electronics and manipulate them simply using our minds, you can bet that there are those who would hack others' implants and attempt to control them. This is just my take on all of this, but it is definitely possible.

Do you mean Ultimate MK3? Because MK Ultra is not a Mortal Kombat
i kid, I kid
4 commentairesModifié par DukeOfStuffing : 6/2/2015 2:25:48 AMA lot of this seems based on people perceptively recovering their memories. It's more than likely an example of suggestive psychology. It's actually not difficult to plant false memories, and psychologists have successfully done it in a multitude of somewhat controversial studies. Although, I'm sure many of these human experiments did take place. Some weird stuff happened in the times surrounding WWI/WWII in terms of 'science'. Also, if you want an example of modern, acceptable, and provable mind control, look at ad agencies.

4 commentairesSeems like a bunch of conspiracy theories to me. All I could find is that mk ultra did happen, but it was shut down. The crap about phone towers being mind control devices is just fear mongering.
-
1 commentaireSo old... Yeah it true, it's not really a conspiracy due to the overwhelming amount of evidence though.

9 commentairesDid you really just discover this decades long CIA program that the Clinton administration apologized for?
-
9 commentairesIt's not as far fetched as you may think, during the Cold War Era the United States government was responsible for many projects that would've been considered illegal, much of which were done by the CIA. Mind control was well covered in these experiments, here's another article to supplement your own. It's not surprising at all, to be honest. Many governments are guilty of pursuing "less than ethical" experiments in the name of either scientific progress or their own interests, although the former is usually a by-product of the latter. This is especially true during both World War II and the Cold War years that followed.

5 commentairesYea and the government also had a plan to nuke the moon if we couldn't beat the russians in the space race. They planned/tried alot of crazy shit back then.

I want some mind control...

1 commentaireI've got the same thoughts as you on this, Coco.
