I think Bungie took Gjallarhorn and Icebreaker out of Xur's rotation
I hope I'm wrong.
I have IB, but I would like to have Gjallarhorn.
Xur has only sold either one once, and it's been ages ago. I don't blame Bungie seeing as these two weapons are probably the most sought after weapons in the game. Bungie also relies on players playing their game for a long time, and leaving the likelihood to RNG for players to acquire these will ensure that.
I've played this game since release.
I have several exotics a lot of people want such as IB, HoPF, Hard Light (it's okay) and some others, but I'm starting to get bored of the game. I'm left fulfilling the 5k bounties each day, and it's getting boring.
I feel bad buying FarCry 4 on release and never playing it.

I held off buying AC:Unity and bought it w/ black flag for $30 also. Anyhow.. he's sold icebreaker twice fairly recently-ish. Hopefully the Gjally makes a return soon.. I've already got one but hope others get to enjoy it as much as I do.

I'm glad xur hasn't sold it. It makes me the beautiful snowflake and it shows I'm a dedicated player. Knowing he sold them in the first month of the game. Xur hasn't sold thunderlord or hardlight. But people don't bitch about that, and do you know why??? Because gjallarhorn is the best dps'ing weapon in the game. I don't have one myself but man you guys on the forums sound like brats "Xur will never sell it" "It's been taken out of his table" "Who had enough coins to buy it week 2" Like man shut up, crying won't get you guys the gjallarhorn.
