People need to start capping more zones!
It amazes me how we can be losing by 50 or more points, have 1 or even no zones but my teammates actively ignore the zones and instead run off to do a Rambo but usually just gift the opposition a easy 2-3 points.
It’s almost like they don’t know if the other team has 2-3 zones capped they are scoring 2-3 times more points per kill than them.

Why? Who actually cares about winning in quickplay?
-
Sorry I thought that was self explanatory. It goes to everybody that complains about lopsided match making and getting mercy’d game after game. It’s applicable to Iron Banner too.
-
So you don’t try to win every game you play?? Why not??
-
No, because there's literally no incentive to
-
Yep having played 7000 games of pvp, lots of dummies in the top 3 don't bother capping, they just run around shooting and pretending to be mlg.
-
Maybe because if the person who is actively running and getting kills is always on top of the team with the most points contributed, at least that’s my case 99 percent of the time.
-
Not if you have no capped zones then all them kills count for nothing really. Just ego
-
Idk, I cap the first zone, and then if i’m by a zone i just cap it.
-
Can't win a game if you don't cap 2 zones...almost never works points wise. Can't leave low kd people capping
-
But honestly what is the point of winning when literally everyone gets the same rewards. Also like the individual stated earlier if your top teammate is fragging out they are contributing more than just capping zones. I hate when I see .8 .7 .5 kd/a, not zero caps.
-
There is no point in winning Quickplay. But people still complain about lopsided match making and getting mercied to often. All I’m saying is those players have the power to even the score by capping zones yet most still don’t bother. This also applies to Iron Banner.

Modifié par Verde : 4/4/2022 5:10:48 AMI understand that I really do I hate spending more time in orbit than an actual match. Figuratively speaking but also literally sometimes. Again I’m not arguing with your point here, as someone who doesn’t cap zones I at least try to get kills to compensate. It’s like you can cap zones all day but if you don’t get kills you lose but you can lose by not capping too. It’s a balance I just prefer to get kills and help that way then sit on a point waiting. Sometimes your team is just getting smoked and there is nothing that is going to change that.

I mean that depends, yes there's no point technically to winning, mostly just depends on if you dislike losing. So yes low kd folks not capping is the worst, and they're way worse than top folks not capping. If winning mattered, then yes top folks should also be capping and defending. In IB it does make a diff, you get more tokens if you win (whether you care about tokens is a diff thing). Same logic in IB still holds true, people don't cap or defend and I see teams just running from A to C and back all the time.
-
IB I can understand but the difference is only 2 tokens. I understand to play to win but when the rewards are negligible the only thing I care about is how well I play and do. If I win then that’s a bonus but not the top goal.
-
I mean I cap like 5 per game. And Top Frag, with 25+ every game.

This is why clash needs to be a permanent mode.
