About time on that Hunter dodge cool down nerf!!

It's been way too long that Hunters have had this clear class ability advantage in PVP but it does beg the question, why now? I can only speculate until Bungie provide further clarification but my initial thoughts are that the ability to slow or freeze nearby enemies on dodge (When using Stasis) was deemed to be too strong with the current cool down time. If this is correct however, I must say that I am still disappointed it's taken Stasis to trigger the change when it's been an unfair advantage for Hunters in PVP for so long. Having the below perks up your sleeve in PVP for every engagement on the most maneuverable class in the game over all was way too much of an advantage. (Top tree Dawnblade having Icarus dash doesn't counter the point either when it's only available on one perk tree out of nine.) Reload weapon. Break aim assist. Break tracking. Proc invisibility. (Only on one class) Heal. (With wormhusk) EVERY ENGAGEMENT OR 10 SECONDS with max mobility which most smart hunters go for. This dodge cool down nerf is long overdue and every honest PVP main knows it.
