Yes queensbreaker should be in the energy slot it's a joke that it isn't there already.

Can't agree more...Arbalest is an LFR and is a kinetic special, why can't the Queenbreaker be an energy special?

Move all linears to energy slot except sleeper. They require a precision shot like a sniper and have a charge time just tone down the pve damage and boom.

Its actually not bad for dps, but it needs an ammo finder perk added or increased reserves.

Especially if you look at their functionality. - Crucible: In crucible, Linear Fusion Rifles don't do anything that sniper rifles cannot do. Both of them (on average after the post-shadowkeep re-nerf of a buff) one bang to the head, and two tap to the body. The only time a sniper rifle doesn't one tap to the head (and two tap to the body) is when someone is in a super. Give or take, the nerf to rapid fire frames is stupid, but that's a different conversation entirely. Linear Fusion Rifles require heavy, take up a heavy slot, yet you don't see it one tapping to the body, only to the head. Unless they're buffed to where they can one tap to the body in crucible, ALL linear fusion rifles (except Sleeper) should be moved to the special slot. They're working as intended. They're just worthless in PvP due to them requiring heavy ammo, and they already have the drawback of a charge time. - PVE: They're just not viable as a heavy weapon, unless it's Sleeper, end of story. They suck. Make them special weapons. TOTALLY UNRELATED NOTE: All snipes got moved to the special slot except for two. DARCI and Whisper/Spindle. Whisper of the Worm I can understand given it's exotic nature of being an absolute unit when it comes to DPS. DARCI, on the other hand, is worthless in it's current state and should be moved to the special slot.

I wouldn’t mind if all linears are moved to energy slot and reduce their damage in pvp. I don’t mind if they can’t one shot guardians because who cares? People don’t use them anyway in pvp. They could be super fun in pve though.

Loved this gun in D1! Whenever there was arc burn (not shitty singe) I would use QB. It’s ammo was glitches so you could carry around 63 rounds max. Great memories sniping witch’s from miles away in Dark Blade strike. In D2 they shipped it broken and as a heavy, it got nerfed and pretty much never touched again. Sad really, it’s such a unique gun that should be better. If they moved it to the secondary slot I’d probably use it all the time, as a heavy it’s just pointless, so many better options.
