All I want is for shotguns to work like they did fully in their prime.
You know. Where they actually worked in PvE.
Honestly I feel like PvE specials have turned into this
1. Snipers = king of PvE
2. Fusions = a little meh on the damage and range but still some potential.
3. Sidearms = can deal some damage, but dps wise isn't all that great compared to the rest.
4. Shotguns = you want to waste special ammo on trash mobs? Cause that's all this things going to kill.

Sniper reigns supreme in the raid. In Strikes I always run shotgun (full auto party crasher) or fusion. They still work very well. After the 100% buff there was no reason to use anythimg else so that had to change.

if you remember the shotgun nerf, they square off said " we are cutting raw damage on shotguns in half, across the entire field, for everything" ect ect shotguns did 200% more damage in Year 1
