You condemn liberals for caring about the the health, safety, and prosperity of those less fortunate. It must be a cold, lonely life to only care for yourself
Edit: the Butthurt is next level. But it seems only some of them are intelligent enough to actually debate this statement, while most just follow up with hollow claims like "straw man" without actually backing it up. So wouldn't that make you the strawman? Hmm.

Our ideology just offers a different approach to the problem. Imagine you were offered a job to mow a lawn for $50. You could either do it yourself, and give $25 to a homeless man. Or, you could tell the homeless man about it, have him do it himself, and he gets $50. It's the same concept in reality. While I realize that this does not always happen(due to crony capitalism being a whole different beast) this is what most of us want. 3 commentairesNope, it's not that I don't care about other people, it's the fact that my hard earned money that I support my family with gets some taken out of it for lazy people who abuse the system. I would support a liberal candidate that wanted to increase welfare/food stamps if they also required drug testing for it and made it more difficult to be on. But as it stands anyone who wants to increase the aid for those things doesn't want to increase the requirements to maintain them, this making it easy for people to manipulate the system. Liberals won't make those changes because a vast majority of the people who do abuse the system vote liberal. As long as there are people freeloading off of me I will never support anyone who stands for it.
