Based on my understanding of competitive PvP, here are the rules we follow. GENERAL 1. No heavy 2. No special exotics 3. No Exotic Armor 4. No subclass duplicates 5. No intentional suicides BANNED ABILITIES 1. Backstab 2. Unstoppable BANNED WEAPONS 1. Pocket Infinity 2. Ice Breaker 3. Sidearms BANNED WEAPON PERKS 1. Final Round on Snipers and Shot Package (No longer relevant) 2. Rangefinder 3.
