It doesn't say skill indeed. However it does reflect experience, I like to see how experienced everyone is when I LFG

grim is not really experience either for you can get high grim easily. just watch yt find the ghosts then go grind kills.. play some pvp and get th grim for each map and pvp game mode... do each mission.. which none are really hard, not even the raids.
