I usually dont care about this kinda thing, but its getting a liitle out of hand. when 4 of the six people in a rumble are boosting. It is actually affecting others gameplay. They rack up score way to quick to even have a chance to win. hard to get kills when everyone you see doesnt fight you, they just keep running to their buddy. If you do manage to find them they usually just both shoot you and proceed with their boosting.so its basicly run back and forth to each side of the map to get a kill each time.meanwhile they have gotten3 kills + due to their buddy knowing right where they are and just running toward them.
Seriously Bungie........just remove parties from rumble.
All you boosters. i know you wont stop, but at least leave the game if someone in the match carches you boosting and messages you about it. There will be plenty of other matches for you to play where noone will catch you or really care cause they will most likely be boosting too.
I think thats a fair request.

I need 25 sword kills in crucible -- my friends, "No problem, we'll just go into rumble and keep your HILT out and don't worry about ammo or anyone else, just keep killing us..." Me *runs around with only the hilt of the sword and dies about 4 times before I get 1 kill* Yeah, I'm really BOOSTING to win. My friends make it easier, but I still need to worry about everyone else. The chances of my friend(s) being alive by time I get there are slim to none. It's not like I'm boosting for leaderboard stats. It's help with an exotic quest. Is it legit? No. Does it work? Yes. Do people do it? Oh course, and if I encounter them, I just let them kill me too. The faster they get it done, the faster they're out of Rumble. On the flip side, I actually managed to kill people who were actually playing and shooting at me. The rage they must have felt from getting beat down by a the hilt of a sword. Lol. If you can't kill me and I don't have any ammo and you see me running, you're the problem.

1 commentaireTo be honest this sounds like a good way for me to clear my damn exotic quests requiring pvp grinding. I hate pvp and the sooner I get it done and get out the better really.
-
Tell you what. You get bungie to stop putting exotic quest bounties into pvp and we'll stop screwing up your matches. Not like my first place reward is any better then your last place reward. #pvpexoticquestssuck
-
So you are saying that you are so bad you can't take advantage of this? If 4 people in your match are running around with Sword hilts no reason you should not finish on top. That is what I am taking away from your post.

Modifié par mokmuud : 10/15/2015 8:21:29 AMIf more than half of the lobby is doing it wouldn't it make sense for you to leave.

Rumble boosting will continue until they allow six man fire teams in rumble. Then the boosters can go off to a corner of the multiplayer server and do what they do without bothering anyone.
-
it won't ever stop until Bungie stops making retarded quest lines and tasks that make no sense

3 commentairesYou just asked to remove parties from Rumble. I would kill to fight all 5 of my friends in Rumble
-
It's bugies fault for making some guns attainable only for people with talent in pvp
-
I don't thinks its about winning but rather getting kills for the exotic sword or chaperone quest
-
You can't really blame them when exotics are locked behind PVP content. It's not for everyone. So what if they boost to get what they need? Once they are done, you probably won't see them again. I don't understand the need to bitch about this subject.
-
I disagree, even if you're Good it doesn't mean that other people Are, too. I also can't imagine why this stuff is Hard Since i Did my sword kills in three games But some people aren't skilled in pvp But they wreck in pve more than you'll ever do so let everybody Play the game as he wants to
-
Probably only 3 boosting as you cant have fireteam of 4 enter rumble. Best solution allow private matches so they can go boost and not affect others games. They cant restrict fireteams going in rumble as I wouldnt be able to go against my friends

5 commentairesThen tell bungie to stop makeing difficult bountys and quest that force pvp...I sure as hell didn't want to run around with a sword in pvp to gwt my exptic...it was forces...it literally had to get a buddy to let me kill him when I got thorn on my titan...forced pvp bountys are the issue...
-
I played a game the other day it was literally a 1v1 all 4 of the other players in the match were just boosting sword kills.
-
You make me do something I don't like to do, I'm gonna figure out a way to do it as easy as I can. Unless you paid my electric bill, my internet bill, bought my ps4, and my copy of Destiny, kindly stfu and sit down. I'll play this game how I want.

4 commentairesPeople I find only do this for quest completions. Same thing with exotic weapon bounties back in year one. Not everyone is an ace PvP player remember, especially in regards to the bs Jolly Holliday requirements. But if players are so obsessed with their k/d ratios that they would resort to this cheese to improve it, I feel that's rather pathetic. Who cares about a stupid stat in a virtual setting?
-
So don't play rumble lol! Petition to rename rumble as glitcher boostville, where we complete quests and endless spam hammers and shadowshots!
-
Maybe, if they allow a party of 6 to start their own 3v3 and rumble matches
-
5 commentairesI have no qualms about admitting that I plan on boosting with two friends to finish the sword part. Since Bungie seems intent on pushing me into PVP, which I really don't like compared to other games, I have no other choice. I've used all of my good will regarding Crucible by finishing the matches necessary for my exotic class item. But don't worry, that's as far as my boosting will go. I will be content to never have Chaperone.

3 commentairesModifié par Dreadmourne : 10/12/2015 11:19:06 AMHow about instead give players the option to complete their quests by either pvp OR pve? Bam problem solved.
-
If Bungie makes PVP quests for exotics, this will sadly happen. Not everyone is a multiplayer maestro.
-
2 commentairesSome people are shit at pvp though, my mate had to boost for the sword bit
-
It won't stop, Bungies quest lines for exotics encourage players to do this.
