If you already have the previous two expansions, you can purchase the stand alone $40 Taken King and then on September 15th buy for $20 the digital in game items the collectors edition has.
This means spending $60 instead of $80 and getting everything you want without the extra game and DLCs.

The Legendary Edition is $60, but it does not come with the Shaders, Emblems, or Emotes that the Collector's edition includes. If you want the Collector's Edition Digital Content then you can purchase the $40 TTK Standalone then there will be a $20 pack made available when the game releases on 9-15 to "upgrade" and get the Collector's Edition Content.

I got the Suros right now and then will have to spend another 20... So 80 in total.
