VISION OF CONFLUENCE, BABY!!
Yesterday, I realized that running VoG on normal instead of hard led to a slightly higher chance of the Vision of Confluence scout rifle dropping. This morning, I gathered 6 friends (well, it ended up being 8 friends; 6 of us got up through the Gorgons, then 1 had to leave, so the rest of us defeated the Gatekeepers, after which 2 more dropped out and we found 3 new replacements to kill Atheon) and we raided the Vault on normal, as planned.
Long story short- the plan worked. I got my Vision of Confluence, first try! As a bonus, I got Corrective Measures from the Gatekeeper! I spent all afternoon doing bounties and leveling them up. Vision of Confluence got ascended first thing, it became a 300 out of the box- the very first Legendary weapon I've ascended. It's worth it.
Now, if I could only get the 4th Horseman from Nightfall...

I haven't ascended mine yet. I use it in PoE to take down solar shields in the Cabal and Hive maps.

My go to PvP load out= VoC, invective or praedeths revenge, and corrective measure or hezen vengeance! VoG weapons > CE and HoW weapons

I went 32-8 in a salvage match with VoC. It was my fist legendary weapon ascended.

3 commentairescongrats dude its an awesome gun I have 1 at 365 I don’t understand how some people don’t get that normal can have better drop rates for things both in VoG and Crota. I had a conversation with someone who was doing crota hard trying to get blackhammer. Sigh

3 commentairesWhen i started playing VOG hard i always wanted VexMythoclast. My first hard vault of glass i got VoC. I was dissapointed about not getting the Vex. I almost dismantled it. Well now i am disapointed when i get a vex instead of a second VoC ;-) Got fatebringer as well on my first run. That was the best VOG run i ever did :-)

Congrats. VoC was the first gun I ascended with etheric light. I use it for damn near everything.

My VoC is a mainstay of my arsenal for solar burn nightfalls and PoE. Never leave the tower or Vestian Outpost without it!
