Solution to the problem
Good afternoon, I have been waiting for a response from technical support for several months, could you please answer my request ?

If it is due to Tapir (Russian Clan and Epic account) their is no fix. they implemented a block for all accounts with Russian origin.

You only get a response in certain situations. What was your ticket for? If it was a ban appeal then most times they will not give a response unless they need more information or the appeal was accepted. Generally a ticket will also be left open and after 4-6 weeks of no response/ticket still being open etc you can safely assume your appeal was denied.
