Hello I have two quests stuck on my character: Testament of Strength and Armament Protocol. They cannot be progressed, and they also cannot be dismissed or abandoned. I have already gone to the Tower and tried the relevant NPCs/locations, but nothing happens. They appear to be bugged and permanently stuck in my quest log. I have attached screenshots. Please let me know if this is a known issue or if there is any way to reset or remove them. Thank you
