I am so incredibly sick and tired of logging in at the 19:00 reset just to find the most soul-crushing, slow, recycled garbage in the Portal playlist three days in a row.
Yesterday we got Devil's Lair, Fallen S.A.B.E.R., and The Glassway. Today we get Expedition: Europa, Battleground: Oracle, and The Technocrat. These maps are years old and feel like a spreadsheet simulator. But to make it even worse than it already is, you guys stack the absolute worst combatant adjustments and modifiers possible. Where did you even find the ideas for this? IT'S HORRIBLE!
Getting hit by a random Taken Thrall and being slowed for 3 whole seconds in a high-mobility game is poor design. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with. Being overwhelmed by enemies because movement is restricted is not "challenging," it is simply a miserable experience.
This completely kills the flow of Prismatic, ability loops, and aggressive gameplay. This game has been a part of my life for as long as i can remember. There is a deep love for this universe, but the current state of these rotations is exhausting. Players want to clear adds and feel powerful, not sit behind cover with a scout rifle because they are stuck in slow-motion or get one-shot because of game breaking threat modifiers that not even armor mods can save you from.
Not a single new strike, just the same recycled -blam!- with nightmare modifiers. This soulless rotation is exactly why everyone is quitting your game. Fix the Portal in the next update or watch the player count drop even lower.
