i bought the dungeon key package but cant access any of the dungeons
I bought the amount of silver needed on epic games to get the dungeon key package after purchasing the package it wouldnt let me access any of the dungeon no matter what i did restarting the game verifying files nothing would allow me access and trying to obtain the quest from ikora or hawthorn didnt work either someone please tell me what i can do to fix this.

Have you unwrapped the dungeon key box from your inventory -> wrapped items area?
