Bungie,
Another entry from me on the suggestions that are crowding my brain.
We will focus this entry on Hunters. We will discuss adding new supers, melees, and an aspect. Let's begin.
Strand
Threadrunners need a second super and melee, like the other classes do. Here, we will remain focused on the rope dart.
The super, Dart Assault, is a burst super with pinpoint accuracy. It will be similar to Blade Barrage but all at once instead of waves of knives. The Hunter will throw six darts (the rope dart head, essentially) at a single target. It will be a single target super. This could hit as hard as Thundercrash with Cuirass of the Falling Star equipped. The target is Severed after being hit.
The melee will be a simple snap of the rope dart. Dart Whip will allow the Hunter to use the rope dart like a whip, damaging all targets in a line up to X meters away (not sure on the allowable length). All targets are Severed.
Stasis
We will add a roaming super to Revenants' kit and a melee, both will use the kamas their class is revolved around.
The super, Sickle Flurry, is a version of Spectral Blades, using the two kamas in each hand. However, this super will have different animations when attacking. Like Silkstrike minus the range. Each hit of the kamas will apply 30 slow stacks. The heavy attack will leave a Duskfield behind.
The melee will be the first shoulder-charge-like ability that is not on a Titan. The Hunter will sprint for a time to activate this melee, Kama Dance. This melee is similar to Tesseract from Worldline Zero. The Hunter will use the two kamas and spin forward, slowing (30 stacks) and dealing heavy damage to those within its area of effect.
Solar
Gunslingers need a fourth aspect to match all other subclasses. Called High Octane, this aspect will increase the damage of your next ignition by 50% when a Firesprite is acquired. Enemies defeated by your improved ignitions provide ability energy, including super. Similar to Nezarec's Sin but in a burst. Having this aspect shortens the Firesprite cooldown.
Arc
Blocking with Arc Staff is a good tool to have but it needs a bit more. Now that we have a way to taunt in the game, we could use a taunt while blocking in Arc Staff. Maybe tie it to Blight Ranger?
That is it for now. Let me know what you think.
