A quite unique gun. I love it. Some perks on it are really unfavored nowadays. Slickdraw on a primary weapon? No one will choose it. It might got some love on special weapons, but def not on a primary weapon not even to say it can not be enhanced. Feeding Frenzy and Outlaw has similar effect, replace them with other more versatile perks like Rapid Hit, Enlightend Action or Keep Away. Faster reload all the time means more sniper shots. And RZ doesn't have any kill-enable damage perk like kill clip/desperado. Vorpal is fine, you can give us more appealing perks, like Kinect Tremors, Elemental Honing, Precision Instrumental.
