Bento Artifice armor is hot garbage
Title says it all, what the hell are those rolls?
Edit: I want to make my point clear. With the armor reworks coming in frontiers, why not give players a taste of peak armor? I myself already have close to 4x 100 stats so it was never going to be valuable to me, but still you want players to come back, give them a reason. Aside from a shader nothing here is worth anything.

i been thinking this armor change is basically going to be like armor inflation where 100 resilience is like having 50 resilience in the old system cause there is no way bungie going to be like yeah now anyone can solo gm or 3 man raid.

Who would waste their valuable tokens on that or the mats, you get these things from just doing dungeons on master (Nightmarr Caiatl farm as example) and mats from nightfalls, better to use them on the adept guns

but if you don't already have the class item, I'd grab one, those three extra points can matter in a build I mean the rest is hot garbage

You don’t need a bunch of artifice armor to make quad hundreds. I have over 20 different exotic armor combos and subclass options (mostly prismatic and a few void) aspects and fragments that make it all possible. Mainly the exotic and legendaries NEED to be a 66 base roll or better, with zero wasted stats on nearly every armor piece.

2 RepliesOr how about the fact that you can't focus the crucible artifice armor at shaxx. With comp being borderline unplayable because of the player population, gold tier is unreachable to your average player.

7 RepliesEither or. People would be complaining regardless because of how armor stats will be changing in frontiers. It's either "These stat rolls suck, no one will ever use them, who thought it was a good idea?" Or "Why would you give us armor that will be worthless in a couple of months?"

2 RepliesI agree about those rolls. But Titan helmet and chest is not that bad. Both of them are 66 to 67. But others are craps on warlock and hunter. I just wonder those artifice armor will reset rolls on next week reset Tuesday?

Frontiers was going to make them irrelevant anyway. Armor is getting a rework(again).

4 RepliesWith the existence of echo engrams there shouldnt be a player out there who isnt already at 100 in at least three stats so buying artifice armor that isnt absolutely perfect is just a huge waste of tokens.

And nice to see reprised mementos for those who missed out. Not sure what Riptide and the Artifice armor are doing there though - it just makes it look like the designer got their kids to finish off their homework...

Armor rework coming soon, so its a moot point. But then I suppose if we are shredding every piece of armor in the next 2-4months why not make it good armor.
