Hear me out .... The power to make someone's legs fall asleep. As a super hero, no villain would be able to rob a bank and carry money bags while their legs are asleep. My only nemesis would have to be a wheelchair user.

Shape-shifting for extremely non-cis reasons don't even need to think about that one lol.

The power to telekinetically split atoms at will, for some, uh, research, yes lets call it research.

Persuasion. Example "Hey you're not supposed to be back here" "Yes I am" "Oh yeah, carry on then"

I would prefer a combo of things, some mildly inspired by JJBA. I would want to be able to stop time and skip it for _ amount of time. I would then also want to be able to create solid constructs of light energy, such as weapons, shields, maybe even vehicles. Then of course, there’s wanting to fly. As for the hero or villain thing, I have no idea what I would want to be. Maybe someone here can convince me to join a side.

FINALLY Telekinesis. Well, actually, Exodimensional Telekinesis to be exact. Here's how I described it for a character. [spoiler]Superpower Description: Her entire nervous system has been altered and is wholly unique. Granted her the ability to tap into and manipulate an extra-dimensional telekinetic force through mental effort. The force is manipulated easier with physical movement, but it's not necessary to move. The telekinetic force exists on its own extra-dimensional plane. It can be applied to our dimension through the use of her power. Doing so is instant. This force can interact with physical objects and energy, and it’s capable of mimicking all natural forces minus gravity. Her power comes with a limited sense of tactility. TK operates on three principles. Focus, strength, and control. Focus determines how hard Kate must focus and put effort into an action for force to be applied. Strength determines how much force can be applied and how quickly. Control determines how well the force can be manipulated. Improving one principle benefits the others, and similarly, her power can be bottlenecked if she does not improve a principle enough. The telekinetic force’s entrance to our dimension creates strange byproduct particles and electrical discharges. These byproducts have no physical effect. Anything being interacted with by her power will give off glowing red particles and sparks. Colors are tinged red. This effect is also seen across her nervous system while the power is in use, particularly the eyes. This does not impair her vision. The intensity of the visual effect is determined by the amount of effort put in. Limits: TK cannot interact with esoteric or physically non-existent objects directly. Telekinesis’ application is as fast as her reaction speed. The further an object is from Kate, the more focus is required. Spatial manipulations in our dimension do not affect her range limit as it is determined by distance in the TK dimension. If she exerts herself too much, her nervous system is damaged.[/spoiler] Kate is based on me and would ideally be used for a superpower academy RP. During school, she'd go from recluse to openly competitive duelist. She becomes a super terrorist one woman army near the end, using her powers to animate massive monstrous constructs and go on a crusade against society. Yes, I think this would match my own experience with powers. Even if there were no other supers. You might think this is too strong, but she's hard limited at planetary max. She starts with the equivalent power of one disembodied hand with significant focus needed to use. Her other flaws are her real weakness in a fight. [spoiler]Weaknesses: Kate hates herself and is passively suicidal. She possesses a low energy level. Very low pain tolerance. Maladaptive perfectionist. Can tunnel vision, especially when angry. She likes to have fun and look cool, and she will sacrifice her potential effectiveness to do so. Physically weak. So, how do I beat her?: Her primary weakness is her low pain tolerance. Anything more than a pinch will break her focus for a moment, and any decent punch will put her on the ground. The hard part is hurting her in the first place. Divide her focus, keep yourself out of sight, and drag the fight. That will wear her down and give you the opportunity to hit her. Otherwise you’ll have to overpower or outspeed her. Since her power has no inherent effect, disabling or weakening it usually puts her out of a fight.[/spoiler]

Not really a super power, but I wish I could have the will and drive to draw more. Drawing was something I really enjoyed throughout my life and within the past couple years, it just kinda hasn’t been there. I haven’t had the drive to draw. I pick up my iPad, open Procreate (the drawing software), and put my stylus to digital paper and… …nothing. I have so much I want to draw and yet, there’s no fuel for the fire I tended to for so long.

[b][u]High Power[/b][/u] [u]Time powers[/u] - Time powers are kind of the lazy man's answer, but they're the lazy man's answer for a good reason. There's just so much you could do with control over time. Make a mistake? Go back in time and fix it. Need more money? Go back in time and win the lottery. Someone you know gets hurt? Go back in time and stop it from happening. You could easily craft yourself the perfect life. Plus, while being a superhero is generally pretty infeasible, with time powers it's actually totally realistic. You could just learn everything you can about a given case, and then try over and over again to prevent it until you get it right. It's the boring answer, for sure, but it would be nice to have. [u]Healing[/u] - Yes, I would consider healing to be a "high power" power. Assuming we're working with the ability heal any ailment, that is. A more selfish person could abuse this for [url=https://onestepfromeden.fandom.com/wiki/Money]Money[/url], but I would probably hand out my healing powers for free, along with a crowdfunding kind of deal, like Patreon or something. Sounds a little silly, honestly, but the goal would be to offer care to as many people as I could for free. Everyone gets healing, no restrictions! Getting it off the ground would definitely be the hardest part, but once word gets out about the miracle healer, it'd probably be pretty easy to keep it going. The only real hurdle would be getting to all the people who need help. [b][u]Mid Power[/b][/u] [u]Teleportation[/u] - I hate driving. My solution is to walk everywhere, but teleportation would make that much easier. Not really anything more to say here. I'd just teleport everywhere instead of walking. That's it. I could probably use it to visit exotic locales, too, which would be fun. [u]Fusion[/u] - I've always loved the idea of fusion. One person combining with another person to form a single person? Yess! Sure, the fused person would probably be stronger and faster and all that, but tbh I'm wanting this more for the emotional side of things. Being the same person as someone else is a pretty deep bond! [u]Shapeshifting[/u] - Not to be confused with formshifting. Formshifting is saying "I want to turn into that chair", shapeshifting is "I can become any shape I want". No need to buy clothes anymore, I'll just shapeshift them on, no more need to shave, I'll just shapeshift my facial hair away, and I can make myself look literally however I want. A guy one day, a girl the next, a cat the next, my favorite TV character the next, and so on. Woohoo. [b][u]Low Power[/u][/b] [u]Voice change[/u] - Self explanatory. Make my voice however I want. I'd be some crazy voice actor or something. That's it. Nothing deeper here. [u]Self-powered[/u] - Want to know what I really hate? Food. Like, genuinely. It costs so much money, and time. Wouldn't it be great if I just didn't need food? Yes, yes it would. That's it. That's the power. I don't need food anymore.
