Thanks for the update. I was keeping an eye on https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/264255896?reload=true waiting for updates but not heard anything since 9th Sept. Worse still, players can’t post any comments on the support page anymore. I hope this matter gets resolved soon so we can get our identities back as it’s been over 2 months when we lost our names.
